Generally, there is a system to the random cards inside the packs, though, which is as follows: 1 rare card (which may also be an ultra rare or a holo rare), 3-4 uncommon cards, and 4-5 common cards (or the remaining number in the packaging)

Every non-restricted rare is set at a maximum of 3, known as moderated. A bunch of cards are restricted, and a precious few are super-restricted, in that you can only choose one among a larger group

Since you cant pull Pikachu AR from a normal pack, the only alternatives are buying the single card (~$231) or purchasing the complete AR 9-card set

The main downside comes from the floor: Loot does nothing without a bunch of other permanents in play and gets a nice, fat target painted on its head whenever you cast it
